Responsibilities
- 01Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
- 02Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
- 03Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling
- 04Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs
- 05Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar
Requirements
- 017+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity
- 023+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent)
- 03Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
- 04Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
- 05Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 06Reside in the Central US region
