Responsibilities
- 01Lead AI agent builds from zero to one, driving execution, adoption, and business outcomes
- 02Design agent development strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and technical environment
- 03Improve speed, quality, and consistency across agent builds by identifying bottlenecks and introducing better systems, tooling, and automation
- 04Lead with assertion, be data-driven, and help build the world's highest-performing team for developing AI agents
Requirements
- 014+ years in customer-facing technical roles like implementations or solutions consulting, or in consulting, finance, product, or project management
- 02Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results
- 03Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs
- 04Strong operational instincts with experience building scalable processes or playbooks
- 05Clear communicator who can work effectively with both executives and operators
- 06Highly organized and comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- 07Low ego and team-first. Your success is the team's success
