Responsibilities

01Implement Veeva Solutions: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects covering autonomously the assigned role (such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager: you’ll take different roles on different projects)
02Configure and Customize: Get hands-on with Vault CRM, configuring and customizing solutions to meet our clients' specific needs
03Lead Client Engagements: Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. You will guide clients through the implementation process, from initial design to final delivery
04Provide Expert Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the optimization and harmonization of their business processes. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs

01Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience
02Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
03Strong presentation skills
04Able to travel approximately 20%
05Fluent in English (written and spoken)
