Responsibilities

  • 01Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Device Access Experience & Lifecycle
  • 02Own the administrator experience for fleets of devices with Okta Device Access across multiple platforms
  • 03Drive the Okta-joined administrator experience end-to-end: from enrollment and provisioning to support troubleshooting to device lifecycle management
  • 04Collaborate with engineering, design and research teams to define and document user stories and use-cases to guide product development
  • 05Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
  • 06Engage with customers to deeply understand their challenges with respect to broad enterprise and consumer use cases
  • 07Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering teams
  • 08Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products, and work across the business to drive adoption and success
  • 09Work with Product Marketing to clearly articulate Okta's differentiation versus market alternatives

Requirements

  • 01Bachelor’s degree
  • 02Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services
  • 03Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written)
  • 04Track record of successful delivery of complex projects
  • 053+ years of industry experience
  • 062+ years of product management or related experience
  • 07Strong technical background
