Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities
- 01Demonstrate deep knowledge of Veeva AI application to support quality assurance activities across product releases
- 02Primarily perform manual testing to validate application functionality and ensure release readiness
- 03Coordinate with the QA manager for smooth transition and handshake of the QA deliverables
- 04Work closely with onsite QA engineers and product managers to deliver high quality software
- 05Work on cutting-edge technologies such as Cucumber, AWS (EC2, S3, Workspace), Visual Regression & DevOps Tools
- 06Develop and maintain automated tests to support ever-growing suite of regression tests
Requirements
- 013+ years of experience in software testing
- 02Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC processes and QA best practices
- 03Analyze business requirements and document test cases and test plan
- 04Hands on experience with manual testing methodologies both functional and API testing
- 05Experience working with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), various AI model verification and validation techniques, and testing AI-powered applications
- 06Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity and user acceptance testing
- 07Expertise in identifying, logging and verifying defects throughout the software testing lifecycle
- 08Experience with defect and test management tools like Jira and Xray
- 09Collaborate with onsite team by actively participating in meetings to ensure high quality software delivery
- 10Proactive, self-motivated, work independently with minimal supervision
- 11Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
- 12Ability to mentor junior team members and promote quality engineering best practices
