Responsibilities
- 01Deliver Exceptional Front-Desk Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while managing front-desk reception, phone inquiries, and room bookings
- 02Manage Enterprise Access Control: Administer employee, contractor, and visitor badging procedures, verifying IDs and ensuring full compliance with Roblox security protocols
- 03Operate Workplace Tools: Leverage systems such as Envoy, G Suite, and Genetec to process check-ins, maintain badge inventory, and resolve access permissions promptly
- 04Streamline Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate physical security access requests for incoming hires and departing team members, supporting regular audits and compliance reporting
- 05Elevate Workplace Operations: Support special events, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a highly organized, professional environment across our spaces
Requirements
- 01Relevant Experience: Background in administrative support, corporate reception, workplace experience, or physical security operations
- 02Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with visitor management platforms (Envoy), enterprise software (G Suite), or physical access systems (Genetec)
- 03Strong Customer First Mindset: Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining a polished, welcoming environment
- 04High Detail Orientation: Ability to multitask, handle confidential information discreetly, and maintain accurate access records in a fast-paced environment
