Responsibilities

01Qualification of high quality inbound leads from website, chat, events, and trials
02Manage and optimize lead flows and pipelines using CRM system and latest tools
03Assist Sales and Marketing with projects that help drive revenue growth
04Work closely with AEs, SDR manager and Marketing team to generate pipeline
05Respond to every high quality lead within 5 minutes
06Successfully overcome prospective customer objections and answer initial questions
07Utilize lead qualification process and document sales information in Salesforce
08Assist Marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality
09Meet weekly goals and established metrics
10Utilize sales tools and collaborate with Sales team to schedule customer meetings

01Desire to start a career as sales executive, customer success rep or marketing professional
02Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
03Proven follow-up, time management skills, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
04Results oriented, capable of bringing prospects to next step in sales process
05Experience in lead qualification, outbound prospecting and lead development management a plus
06Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach
07Strong communication skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, position solution/products
08Fearless and get energy from talking to people
09Eager to learn world-class sales practices and advance career
10Eager to apply experience, knowledge and passion to help organization grow/scale
