Responsibilities
- 01Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic Security
- 02Manage the plan for non-human and AI agent identities in Elastic Security
- 03Work with threat research and detection engineering on identity-specific threats
- 04Drive the response and containment strategy (the 'R' in ITDR)
- 05Work closely with enterprise customers, security operations teams, sales, and solution architects
- 06Work with the design team to develop investigation and response experiences
- 07Integrate identity signals with endpoint, cloud, and network data in the SIEM and XDR functions
- 08Gain deep knowledge of the identity-security market and major trends
- 09Be the product expert and evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through content
Requirements
- 0110+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response)
- 02Consistent record of leading sophisticated, data-intensive products from inception through launch
- 03Solid knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabric (Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, privileged access)
- 04Knowledge of ITDR as a discipline and entity behavioral analytics (UEBA)
- 05Fluent in non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents)
- 06Deep technical comprehension of the AI/ML landscape (behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems)
- 07Ability to advance fast and quickly learn from experiments and tests
- 08Demonstrated ability to lead across a matrixed organization and align multiple stakeholders
- 09Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
- 10Customer obsession and commitment to solving real-world customer problems
