Responsibilities

  • 01Articulate Linear’s architecture, data model, and integration patterns to engineering and product teams; deliver tailored technical presentations and deep-dive demos for key stakeholders
  • 02Design, plan, and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations; troubleshoot proactively to ensure seamless onboarding
  • 03Build and maintain realistic demo instances that mirror enterprise workflows, scale tests, and feature toggles—enabling sales reps to showcase Linear’s capabilities in context
  • 04Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop technical training materials, run “train-the-trainer” sessions for new hires, and curate a library of exemplar solution playbooks
  • 05Act as the go-to technical resource for high-priority accounts; work alongside Customer Success to resolve post-sale technical issues and drive adoption

Requirements

  • 012+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience supporting enterprise-scale deals
  • 02Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2 and GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations
  • 03Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
  • 04Experience with Github and git; Linear and/or Jira strongly preferred
  • 05Proven ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues
  • 06CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred
  • 07Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • 08Comfort with SQL and scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
