Responsibilities
- 01Draft and implement policies for managing and mitigating financial fraud
- 02Collaborate across all functions of the company to support developments in our ecosystem
- 03Analyze the landscape across industry and regulatory activity to propose risk mitigations
- 04Internally evaluate product proposals for fraud risks and propose mitigations that operate at scale
- 05Help build the monetization policy team infrastructure
- 06Work directly with product, engineering, and operations teams to guide development and use of enforcement systems
Requirements
- 014+ years of experience with online anti-fraud, trust & safety, or product policy space
- 02Subject matter expertise in digital payments, virtual economies, and/or creator monetization platforms
- 03Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 04Able to distill complex issues into their core components, analyze possible solutions, and propose viable policy paths forward
- 05Strong product / technical understanding as a foundation for anticipating user behaviors and platform risks
