Responsibilities
- 01Work closely with the Creative Lead, UX designers, visual designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers on conceptual development, design and execution for digital event experiences on okta.com
- 02Clear understanding of project briefs and ability to craft thoughtful digital design solutions to drive user engagement and click through rate
- 03Lead meetings, articulate and present ideas in a clear and concise manner; accept constructive feedback and execute against it efficiently
- 04Concept, design, and prototype beautiful, engaging, and ground-breaking digital storytelling experiences
- 05Drive innovation by sharing concepts and ideas through storyboards, prototypes, and animations
- 06Collaborate and partner with Brand, Event Marketing, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development, and Production teams to launch innovative, brand led digital experiences
- 07Ensure the consistency of the brand and highest quality of design across all projects
Requirements
- 01BA or BFA in Art/Design or related field
- 02Extraordinary digital design skills
- 03World-class portfolio of work
- 04Strong communication presentation skills; proven ability to present to executives/leaders
- 05Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple projects
- 067+ years experience in digital art direction and design in a creative agency or client-side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus
- 07Expert knowledge of the creative process and collaborating with UX strategy & design, Copywriters, Developers, and Web Producers
- 083-5 years experience using design systems to create innovative, digital marketing websites
- 09Previous experience working on digital event websites is a plus
- 10Solid knowledge of using design systems, creating components and modules
What we offer
- 01Annual base salary range for San Francisco Bay area: $143,000 - $196,900 USD
- 02Annual base salary range for California (excluding SF Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $128,000 - $176,000 USD
