Responsibilities

  • 01Partner with the People team to identify, scope, and ship AI-powered internal products
  • 02Build integrations with HR systems (HiBob, Ashby, etc.), ATS platforms, and identity providers
  • 03Design secure systems with robust role-based permissions and access controls
  • 04Develop predictive and diagnostic models (workforce trends, hiring capacity, retention risks, compensation dynamics)
  • 05Create canonical datasets and source-of-truth models for hiring, headcount, compensation, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • 06Data governance — source-of-truth logic, naming conventions, ownership
  • 07Own products end-to-end—from research and design through implementation, deployment, and iteration
  • 08Translate operational challenges into elegant technical solutions
  • 09Build systems that meet legal and compliance requirements for handling sensitive employee data
  • 10Work closely with other AI Ops Engineers, sharing building blocks, patterns, and learnings across Lovable's functions
  • 11Build AI agents, workflows, dashboards, and decision-support tools that help leaders make better decisions

Requirements

  • 01Experience shipping production software that handles sensitive data — HR tech, fintech, identity management, or similar
  • 02Experience working with people data, business systems, analytics platforms, or enterprise data infrastructure (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, Fivetran, SQL, etc.)
  • 03Deep familiarity with HR systems and/or ATS platforms (HiBob, Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar), either as a builder or through close collaboration with People teams
  • 04Experience designing secure systems with role-based access control and data permissioning
  • 05Strong product instincts—you think end-to-end, ask why, and care about building products people actually use
  • 06Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions
  • 07Experience building products from scratch and taking them into production
