Responsibilities

01Define and evolve the Replit visual brand system
02Design and maintain core brand assets, guidelines, and documentation
03Apply the brand system across key surfaces including product, web, and primary marketing channels
04Partner with Product and Design to ensure consistent brand expression within the product experience
05Provide guidance and feedback to internal teams and external partners on brand usage
06Partner with external design studios and agencies to develop and extend the brand system
07Review and direct external work to ensure alignment with brand standards
08Ensure consistency and quality across all brand-critical touchpoints
09Develop scalable design frameworks that support long-term brand growth
10Contribute hands-on design work on high-visibility and foundational projects

015-7+ years of experience in brand design, visual systems, or identity design
02Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, identity work, and application across multiple touchpoints
03Expertise in typography, layout, and visual systems
04Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
05Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
06Ability to balance conceptual thinking with executional rigor
07Experience working with external agencies or design partners
08Strong attention to detail and consistency
09Experience collaborating with Product and cross-functional teams
