Responsibilities
- 01Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team
- 02Lead engineers on your team through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems
- 03Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle
- 04Proactively identify project, process, technology or business issues
- 05Support the operations and availability of your team's artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics

- 07Help develop talent on your team by providing feedback and guidance
- 08Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements
- 014+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 02Experience in designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
- 03Experience shipping front end applications
- 04Experience defining a technical plan for delivery of significant features
- 05Proficient at making significant changes in large code bases
- 06Take ownership of your growth and proactively seek feedback
- 07Strong verbal and written communication skills
