Responsibilities
- 01Own the integrated hardware systems program plan across board, chassis, rack, and interconnect from requirements through EVT/DVT/PVT, qualification, and production ramp
- 02Drive execution with ODMs, contract manufacturers, and component/optics vendors: SOWs, build schedules, deliverable tracking, factory readiness, and escalation when they slip
- 03Stand up and run the NPI cadence including build matrix, engineering reviews, DFx, issue triage, exit criteria
- 04Drive the bring-up and validation program for new platforms: lab and pilot-rack logistics, firmware/BMC/diagnostics coordination, test coverage, and reliability/telemetry targets
- 05Own interfaces with silicon teams, datacenter teams, infrastructure software teams, and supply chain teams
- 06Run partner and technology evaluations including candidate ODMs, reference platforms, and component options
- 07Own program communication upward and outward for audiences ranging from architects to executives
- 08Develop and share AI-assisted approaches to hardware program management
Requirements
- 018+ years in hardware systems / NPI program management for compute, networking, storage, or accelerator platforms
- 02Direct ownership of at least one platform from concept through volume production
- 03Working technical fluency across the hardware stack including power delivery, thermal, mechanical, high-speed interconnect, board design, system management
- 04Experience managing ODMs/CMs and component vendors including SOW negotiation, build tracking, quality escapes, and escalation
- 05Track record of standing up program mechanisms on a new or early-stage hardware effort
- 06Strong written communication skills for plans, reviews, and executive updates
- 07Comfort operating with high autonomy and limited process in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- 08Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in relevant field
What we offer
- 01Annual Salary: $365,000 - $435,000 USD
- 02Location-based hybrid policy: Expected to be in offices at least 25% of the time
