Responsibilities
- 01Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Italian priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement
- 02Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound
- 03Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Italian market, and feed local insights back to the global team
- 04Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns
- 05Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works
Requirements
- 015 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company
- 02Built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline
- 03Deep knowledge of the Italian market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture
- 04Ideally with an existing network in Italy
- 05Work well without much process and set priorities independently
- 06Relentless commitment to excellence with high bar for quality, clarity, and impact
- 07Curious about AI and follows the technology ecosystem closely
- 08Exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out
