Responsibilities
- 01Lead end-to-end projects that improve developer tooling, environments, and operational workflows (speed, reliability, and safety)
- 02Design and operate internal tooling/services in Python and/or Go
- 03Build tooling for our internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces)
- 04Add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- 05Develop AI-based workflows that improve developer experience and reduce repetitive manual work, including efficiency gains in infrastructure operations
- 06Improve developer feedback loops through better observability (metrics/logs/traces), making failures easier to diagnose
- 07Design/build and document paved paths and self-service capabilities so teams can ship without extensive platform expertise
- 08Improve reliability through automation and observability (metrics/logs/traces), and drive incident follow-ups to reduce recurrence
- 09Set technical direction (design docs, tradeoffs, sequencing) and drive delivery across stakeholders
- 10Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
Requirements
- 01Strong experience building and operating production services in Python and/or Go
- 02Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core primitives (IAM, networking, compute)
- 03Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
- 04Track record leading ambiguous, cross-team technical projects to completion
- 05Strong communication and engineering judgment
