Responsibilities

01Support Executives with calendar, travel, meetings, agendas, preparation, tasks, notes, emails
02Serve as a strategic thought and execution partner to Executives and their leadership teams with focus on team cohesion, operations, and planning
03Identify areas to optimize Executives' time and make recommendations regarding time management, prioritization, and business needs
04Partner cross-functionally with People Team and other internal teams to ensure alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal events
05Act as a delegate for Executives by signing off on expenses, approving POs, and managing other tooling
06Find opportunities for process optimization across team and company workflows
07Prepare and/or build content, presentations, and key documents for leaders

017+ years of experience in a senior administrative support role
02Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
03Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with broad spectrum of stakeholders internally and externally
04Ability to shift gears and prioritize based on volume and urgency while anticipating needs
05Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment in sensitive situations
