Responsibilities
- 01Own designated P2P sub-processes end to end including process mapping, baseline metrics, and redesign
- 02Translate pain points into structured requirements and solution designs within Finance Data Strategy governance
- 03Design, deploy, and scale automations directly within business workflows and systems
- 04Operate on a ship-measure-iterate cadence, releasing minimum viable automations in weeks
- 05Build and maintain P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics for the transformation
- 06Own user adoption and change management for deployed solutions
- 07Run intake and backlog prioritization for automation and data requests across Procurement
- 08Partner with Procurement operations, Finance Data team, CIO org, and managed services partners
Requirements
- 014–8 years in data analytics, process automation, or operations roles within P2P, procurement, or finance
- 02Hands-on technical skills: SQL and Python (or equivalent), workflow and integration tooling, and dashboarding/BI
- 03Experience building on the Databricks platform and applying LLM/AI tooling to business workflows is a strong plus
- 04Working knowledge of P2P systems and data — ERP, procurement intake/orchestration platforms, and expense management tools
- 05Experience operating within a data governance framework: certified data sources, data quality standards, access controls, and audit/SOX considerations
- 06Change management fluency: track record of driving adoption of new tools or processes
- 07Strong prioritization judgment and stakeholder management
- 08Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity organization is a plus
- 09Formal change management or process improvement certification preferred but not required
