Responsibilities

  • 01Design surfaces that serve developers and AI agents who write code
  • 02Own the roadmap and delivery across Code surfaces
  • 03Lead products that let developers and agents extend Webflow with code, starting with code components
  • 04Define what 'good' means for extensibility and set the quality bar for developer-grade extensibility
  • 05Ensure visual product and real code stay faithful as each side changes
  • 06Sequence work so pieces reinforce each other and build shared primitives
  • 07Contribute to strategy and ship it, shaping the area's direction
  • 08Get into the code: prototype, read and reason about code, make sharp technical calls
  • 09Place durable bets in a shifting landscape of developer tooling and AI-assisted coding

Requirements

  • 01BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 02Business-level fluency in English (read, write, speak)
  • 035+ years of product management experience with depth in developer or platform products
  • 04Experience with APIs, extensibility, or developer tooling
  • 05Genuinely technical: able to read and reason about code, hold a point of view on API and abstraction design, comfortable working in a codebase
  • 06Ability to relate to users and hold multiple perspectives, balancing competing needs
  • 07Enjoy the full craft of building software, curious about every part and willing to get into details
  • 08Work as a peer and thought partner, shaping direction independently with manager
  • 09Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI and developer tooling
  • 10Genuinely enjoy helping people build and being close to developers
