Responsibilities
- 01Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies for CX compliance agent platforms
- 02Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations that extend platform capabilities
- 03Drive cross-functional outcomes on complex problems in collaboration with product, design, security, data, and peer engineering teams
- 04Own technical architecture decisions and implement scalable, high-traffic services across event-driven and distributed systems
- 05Mentor engineers on design techniques, coding standards, testing practices, and deployment processes
Requirements
- 014+ years of production software engineering experience building large-scale systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- 02Demonstrated experience integrating third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms into production systems
- 03Proficiency in distributed systems patterns including rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, message queues)
- 04Hands-on experience with observability and reliability tooling including metrics, logging, tracing, and debugging in production environments
- 05Working knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ETL pipelines
- 06Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
- 07Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality
