Responsibilities
- 01Build and evolve shared frontend infrastructure, including our design system and developer tooling
- 02Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture for scalability and performance
- 03Improve developer experience and engineering velocity
- 04Improve application performance and reliability
- 05Partner with product teams to drive adoption of platform systems
- 06Identify and reduce friction across the development lifecycle
Requirements
- 01Strong experience working on large-scale frontend systems or platform-level infrastructure
- 02Ability to think in systems and abstractions, not just features
- 03A track record of improving developer experience or engineering velocity
- 04Experience influencing technical decisions across teams or driving adoption of shared systems
