Responsibilities
- 01Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and deployment of an internal agentic platform
- 02Redefine the AI-Augmented SDLC and embed GenAI and intelligent automation into core operational workflows
- 03Orchestrate large-scale, highly complex programs across multiple business units
- 04Establish rigorous metrics, manage observability, and evaluate system ROI
- 05Provide technical mentorship and leadership to a team of 3–4 TPMs
Requirements
- 0110+ years of technical program management experience leading highly complex, company-wide technical transformations within hyper-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or Tier-1 technology environments
- 02Proven people management experience overseeing lean teams of high-performing TPMs
- 03Deep architectural and systems fluency with ability to navigate complex engineering discussions involving distributed systems, large-scale data infrastructure, and Scala
- 04Demonstrated experience in structural change management driving cultural shift from software procurement to native product building
- 05Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with track record of aligning VP- and C-level stakeholders
- 06Data-driven analytical mindset with ability to leverage data analytics (SQL, Python, or data notebooks)
- 07Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
