Responsibilities
- 01Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia
- 02Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks
- 03Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up
- 04Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track
- 05Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0
- 06Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their applications scale to meet business needs
Requirements
- 01Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role
- 02Bachelor’s degree required
- 03SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire)
- 04Fluent in German (regional requirements)
