Responsibilities
- 01Prototype at volume using AI tools and code to explore dozens of directions fast
- 02Design within the React and Next.js codebase to refine components and interactions
- 03Simplify authorization models, SDK patterns, and security flows into clear interfaces
- 04Raise the craft and help the broader design org by demonstrating this way of working
- 05Hold the quality bar for systems thinking, taste, and user experience
Requirements
- 016+ years of design experience
- 02Experience prototyping in the browser, shipping side projects, or writing production code
- 03A real AI practice with opinions on where AI tools help and fall short
- 04Experience designing for developers (tools, APIs, CLIs, SDKs, admin dashboards)
- 05A refined sense of design taste/aesthetics and deep appreciation for polished details
