Responsibilities
- 01Lead complex, cross-functional programs that deliver high-impact technical initiatives across the organization
- 02Drive end-to-end program execution by managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across engineering and product organizations
- 03Partner with engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams to align on priorities, scope, and success metrics
- 04Enable the adoption of standardized processes and best practices for data governance, platform modernization, and trusted data management
- 05Remove execution blockers, monitor progress against program goals, and provide regular updates to leadership
- 06Foster collaboration across multiple organizations to deliver scalable solutions that improve data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency
- 07Communicate progress to technical and executive stakeholders
- 08Improve execution frameworks and program health
Requirements
- 016+ years leading complex technical programs
- 02Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering systems
- 03Experience driving cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams
- 04Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 05Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- 06Experience with data platforms, infrastructure, ML platforms, or developer productivity is a strong plus
- 07Prior experience in fintech or another highly regulated environment is a strong plus
