Responsibilities
- 01Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts
- 02Contribute directly to NRR with predictable renewal and expansion pipeline
- 03Partner closely with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal
- 04Define and maintain mutual success plans for AI Transformation
- 05Facilitate use-case consultations for continuous Solutions Design
- 06Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations
- 07Learn Notion's product and AI ecosystem thoroughly
- 08Help build and deliver OA programs across Notion's install base
Requirements
- 013+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within B2B software
- 02Fluent Russian speaker
- 03Strong customer-facing discovery instincts
- 04Technical fluency and presence as trusted advisor
- 05Commercial awareness and ability to partner on renewal risk
- 06Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption
- 07Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- 08Operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy
- 09Obsessed with AI and constantly learning new ways of working
