Responsibilities
- 01Plan, Build & Execute Functional, System & Regression Testing
- 02Document, maintain and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
- 03Identify and create detailed test cases for requirements
- 04Collaborate with BSA’s, PM’s, Developers and peer QA Engineers for project delivery
- 05Develop, Build & maintain Test Automation framework
- 06Develop and execute automation test scripts
- 07Maintain and enhance the Functional and Regression automation test suites
- 08Independently drive end-to-end delivery processes with minimal guidance
- 09Communicate QA status and project updates effectively to all stakeholders
- 10Collaborate with peers to review QA artifacts, processes
Requirements
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent professional experience
- 027+ years in Software QA, including functional, system, API, and integration testing
- 034+ years of experience with automation tools and frameworks i.e. Playwright & TestIM
- 04Strong CRM and ERP domain knowledge i.e. Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite
- 05Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform including CPQ, Sales process, Lightning and Salesforce integration with other tools/systems using API
- 06Proficiency in Java, Javascript and XPath identification
- 07Hands-on experience in using AI tools like Claude for building agents for QA workflows
