Responsibilities
- 01Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the UAE market
- 02Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape
- 03Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales
- 04Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates
- 05Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business
- 06Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the UAE market to attract and retain clients
- 07Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team
- 08Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets
- 09Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- 0110+ years of experience in tech, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or GM role
- 02Extensive knowledge working in the UAE
- 03Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L
- 04Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications
- 05Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment
- 06Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- 07Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
- 08Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- 09Based out of the UAE
