Responsibilities
- 01Design, build, and document scalable, global 'playbooks' for core operational functions
- 02Drive the successful execution of global standards across a fluid portfolio of offices
- 03Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify systemic trends, risks, and opportunities
- 04Manage the relationship and performance of strategic food service partner(s)
- 05Serve as a strategic advisor for all new office builds and expansions
- 06Lead program change by developing adoption plans, training, and communication strategies
Requirements
- 018+ years of leadership experience building and scaling complex, customer-facing operations
- 02Direct experience in concept development, multi-unit operations, or scaling a service-oriented business
- 03Demonstrable experience managing a P&L and using data to drive business decisions
