Responsibilities
- 01Lead international group benefit implementations in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and the Netherlands
- 02Ensure international benefits and leaves compliance
- 03Manage international group benefit renewals in India and the UK
- 04Oversee international leave administration
- 05Manage broker and insurer/vendor relationships
- 06Manage annual international benefit overview sessions
- 07Escalate employee inquiries/issues for international benefits
- 08Partner with People, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Communications, and Legal teams
- 09Provide ad hoc support for U.S. benefits and Proactive Care initiatives
Requirements
- 014+ years of experience in supporting benefit programs
- 02Experience with international group benefits implementations
- 03Experience with leaves of absence administration
- 04The capability to manage multiple implementations and programs simultaneously

- 02Monthly Salary Range $17,427.50 — $20,375 USD
- 03Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
