Responsibilities
- 01Lead medium-sized, full-stack projects from technical design to delivery
- 02Collaborate with colleagues at all stages of the project lifecycle (ideation, requirements gathering, design, execution, and delivery)

Requirements
- 012+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications
- 02Proficient in a modern compiled programming language (Java, Go, C#, C++, etc.)
- 03Willingness to learn JavaScript and/or TypeScript along with modern frontend technologies (React, Redux, etc.)
- 04Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 05Is collaborative, empathetic, and intellectually honest

- 02MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $106,000 — $209,000 USD
