Responsibilities
- 01Take an active role in driving business and product strategies, championing a seamless, intuitive, and efficient onboarding experience
- 02Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, Operations, and Sales to define priorities and deliver delightful customer activation experiences
- 03Leverage AI to reimagine and automate onboarding and implementation workflows, improving speed, personalization, and operational leverage
- 04Drive execution of the Onboarding roadmap, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of systems and features that help customers activate and realize value
- 05Lead and manage a team of engineers, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and establishing strong technical direction
- 06Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, technical architecture, and product quality
- 07Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer obsession across the team
Requirements
- 01Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 026+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical depth
- 033+ years of experience managing or leading engineers in a high-growth environment
- 04Strong technical background and understanding of software development principles
- 05Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences
- 06Regularly works with cross-functional partners (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Sales) and excels in driving alignment across stakeholders
- 07Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate impact, measure funnel performance, and optimize activation metrics
- 08Track record building AI-powered product experiences, including LLM-driven automation and personalization
What we offer
- 01Role based in San Francisco office
- 02Hybrid environment with minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- 03Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
- 04Expected salary range $240,000 - $300,000
- 05Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
