Responsibilities
- 01Own end-to-end pricing experimentation, from test design through analysis and recommendation
- 02Build and refine pricing models and evaluation frameworks that determine optimal pricing strategy across consumer products
- 03Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to develop pricing vision, roadmap, and priorities
- 04Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models that power pricing analytics with production-grade craftsmanship
- 05Synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to senior leadership
Requirements
- 018+ years of experience in data science with a focus on pricing experimentation, causal inference, and statistical modeling (PhD preferred, or Master's in Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field)
- 025+ years directly leading pricing or experimentation workstreams, including designing A/B tests and building predictive models
- 03Proven proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical modeling, pipeline development, and data analysis
- 04Track record of independently scoping and delivering complex analytical projects spanning multiple teams, from problem definition through executive presentation
- 05Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

- 02Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $207,485 — $244,100 USD
- 03Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))
