Responsibilities

01Drive productivity across Agent Development: Identify what's slowing the team down, build metrics to measure it, and ship changes that increase productivity
02Standardize how Agent Development operates: Define, document, and maintain the playbooks and SOPs the team uses day to day
03Leverage AI to scale Agent Dev: Identify manual, repeatable work across the team and build AI-native tools and workflows
04Build feedback loops from the field: Capture what's working across Agent Dev and feed that signal back into onboarding, SOPs, playbooks, and tooling
05Own onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement: Build and improve the onboarding curriculum, ramp plan, and ongoing enablement engine

013-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or similar role at top-tier or high-growth technology company
02Experience designing onboarding, training, or ramp programs and track record of turning ad hoc practice into documented, repeatable process
03Strong analytical rigor with ability to build metrics and frameworks that make team productivity and ramp progress measurable
04Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environment with ability to independently structure open-ended problems
05Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and act as trusted partner to Agent Dev leadership
06Ability to run projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders who don't report to you
07Growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
