Responsibilities
- 01Set the strategy and roadmap for vulnerability management and security operations
- 02Run intake and prioritization with senior stakeholders
- 03Lead delivery of the centralized vulnerability management program
- 04Lead security operations delivery including detection and alerting expansion
- 05Stand up security-health and vulnerability-management metrics dashboards
- 06Build security workflows that run on AI plugins by default
- 07Build plans, manage scope and risk, track milestones
- 08Roll out new controls and help teams adopt them
- 09Keep stakeholders aligned with clear updates
- 10Manage vendors and partners
- 11Watch the program budget and tooling spend
Requirements
- 015 to 8+ years leading cross-functional TPM or delivery work
- 02Experience in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering
- 03Knowledge of vulnerability management and security operations
- 04Ability to use AI plugins for everyday delivery
- 05Ability to communicate with security engineering, infrastructure, GRC, and R&D teams
