Responsibilities

  • 01Set the strategy and roadmap for vulnerability management and security operations
  • 02Run intake and prioritization with senior stakeholders
  • 03Lead delivery of the centralized vulnerability management program
  • 04Lead security operations delivery including detection and alerting expansion
  • 05Stand up security-health and vulnerability-management metrics dashboards
  • 06Build security workflows that run on AI plugins by default
  • 07Build plans, manage scope and risk, track milestones
  • 08Roll out new controls and help teams adopt them
  • 09Keep stakeholders aligned with clear updates
  • 10Manage vendors and partners
  • 11Watch the program budget and tooling spend

Requirements

  • 015 to 8+ years leading cross-functional TPM or delivery work
  • 02Experience in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering
  • 03Knowledge of vulnerability management and security operations
  • 04Ability to use AI plugins for everyday delivery
  • 05Ability to communicate with security engineering, infrastructure, GRC, and R&D teams
