Responsibilities
- 01Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
- 02Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC)
- 03Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups
- 04Build the future of the platform
- 05Design and build AI agents for telecommunications and media companies
- 06Develop and refine AI agents for complex customer interactions
- 07Create generalizable AI agent frameworks
- 08Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives
- 09Experiment with the latest voice models and integrate them at scale
Requirements
- 01Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- 02Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- 03Builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency
- 04Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
- 05Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- 06Arabic speaking proficiency
