Responsibilities

01Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents by partnering directly with engineers and customers to ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations daily
02Engage with all levels of customers' businesses to discover and assess requirements
03Prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra's agent
04Address and overcome technical challenges in business processes by working with technical counterparts
05Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers' needs and business processes
06Become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for customers
07Shape the product roadmap by working with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features

015-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
02Past experience in Product Management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level
03Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers including executives
04Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences including recent AI developments
05Professional fluency in both French and English
06Degree in technical or related field or equivalent professional experience
