Responsibilities

  • 01Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for Enterprise and Data Governance
  • 02Own the product strategy for customer data lifecycle management, including retention, migration, auditing, export, deletion, recovery, and governance controls
  • 03Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Support, and GTM teams to deliver governance capabilities
  • 04Build the governance foundation for human and AI agents by developing policy controls, auditability, data governance, and administrative capabilities
  • 05Drive strategic investments that improve the reliability, operability, and scalability of critical governance infrastructure
  • 06Partner with Security and Compliance to anticipate emerging regulations and translate them into platform capabilities
  • 07Define measurable business outcomes and success metrics across enterprise trust, governance adoption, operational efficiency, and platform reliability

Requirements

  • 016+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 02Deep expertise in identity/authentication systems, security, regulatory compliance, or B2B enterprise platform solutions
  • 03Highly comfortable modeling complex data relationships, managing integration complexity, and translating technical protocols into clear, holistic UX flows
  • 04Experienced in owning strategy for problem spaces that require coordination across multiple teams, evaluating competing investment options, and anticipating market shifts or security threats
  • 05Proven ability to build durable alignment across teams by navigating disagreement, resolving conflicts, and leading executive-facing reviews and discussions
  • 06Skilled at orchestrating delivery across multiple teams, thoughtfully sequencing platform initiatives, and prioritizing high-craft MVPs
  • 07Passionate about mentoring other PMs, raising the bar for product craft across teams, and evangelizing PM best practices throughout the R&D organization

  • 05Estimated base salary range is between $176,000 - $200,000 CAD (senior) or $211,000 - $240,000 CAD (principal)
  • 06Compensation package may include additional components such as equity and benefits
