Responsibilities
- 01Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Learning team
- 02Own the customer-facing Learn experience, curriculum, and program portfolio—from strategy through results
- 03Turn priority customer needs into role-based tracks, paths, and high-quality programs
- 04Make the portfolio easy to understand, with clear starting points, progression, and relationships among experiences
- 05Lead how learning reaches customers through owned and partner channels
- 06Use customer and product evidence to measure impact and decide what to build, scale, improve, defer, or stop
Requirements
- 0110+ years in customer education, product education, digital learning, customer adoption, or a related field
- 02Substantial experience managing and developing a multidisciplinary customer education or learning team
- 03Experience building and scaling a customer-facing learning program or portfolio, including strategy, planning, resourcing, delivery, and measurable results
- 04Experience designing role-based learning and driving customer discovery and engagement across owned and partner channels
- 05Evidence that your work changed product use, adoption, or measurable customer value
- 06Excellent cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and curiosity about AI
