Responsibilities

01Embed with feature teams to up-level experiences
02Setting the front-end architecture vision, not just contributing to it
03Driving adoption and influencing teams outside your direct org
04Owning the technical roadmap for a system or component pillar
05Design and build exceptional experiences, ensuring the highest level of polish, creativity, and interaction to solve complex customer problems
06Support the design and development of Snowflake's design system, promoting quality and craft across all surfaces
07Build design components and foundations, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers
08Employ a keen eye for detail to ensure a seamless and visually compelling experience
09Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and methodologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team

0110+ years of experience designing and building high-quality UIs
02Exceptional attention to detail, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver polished, creative, and highly interactive designs
03Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of leading projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams
04Strong web development skills (React JS, CSS3, JS/Typescript, NodeJS)
05Experience with structuring design systems for AI
06Strong accessibility experience
07Strong understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals (including layout, typography, and color)
08Knowledge of databases and associated concepts
09Experience with both consumer and B2B Design systems
10Experience embedding with feature teams
