Responsibilities
- 01Uncover specific business challenges and craft solutions that show how Vault Safety streamlines end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes
- 02Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demonstrations that highlight the tangible benefits and the value of the Vault Safety platform
- 03Using industry and technical knowledge identify how Veeva solutions can replace manual processes and drive innovation for customers
- 04Establish deep, credible relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- 05Work closely with Account Partners, Strategists, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
Requirements
- 01Bachelor's Degree
- 023+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry
- 03Familiarity with end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes and lifecycles, including case processing, PSMF, PVAs, RMPs, and safety signal detection, validation, and management
- 04Technical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology
- 05Exceptional presentation skills
- 06Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team first environment
- 07Driven self-starter; able to work independently
- 08Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily in North America
