Responsibilities
- 01Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite
- 02Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
- 03Think critically to help design the solution your customers request as well as the solution they have not requested but may need
- 04Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
- 05Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer
- 06Drive change management methodology at our customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutions
Requirements
- 01Solid experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, ideally content management software
- 02Experience working in a Consulting and Customer facing role, managing customer expectations
- 03Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 04Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, comprehending and translating
- 05At least a bachelor’s degree
- 06Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in Europe
