Responsibilities

01Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva product suite
02Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
03Think critically to help design the solution your customers request as well as the solution they have not requested but they might need
04Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
05Guide customers in adopting Veeva products and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer
06Drive change management methodology at our customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions

013+ years of working experience in system operations and maintenance through direct communication with clients
02Native level of Japanese language skills in oral and writing
03Reading and writing English documents using a translator
04Ability to understand and find out customer requirements accurately and meet them or propose alternative plan
05Experience configuring/supporting/implementing CRM systems such as Salesforce
06Experience configuring/supporting/implementing Content Management systems such as SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum or similar
07Experience with Java
08Around 4 years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry or with technology vendors serving life sciences
09Presentation skills
10Fluent in English
