Responsibilities

01Lead and mentor a team of talented Product Managers
02Define direction on product features and vision
03Design innovative product features to support the management and submission of content that ultimately is submitted to Health Authorities worldwide
04Review and author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology
05Prioritize features based on strategic initiatives, customer requirements, and internal technical needs
06Collaborate with customers, services, support, market strategy, and sales to understand business needs and ensure customer success
07Partner with the engineering and QA teams to drive high quality product feature implementation
08Be the product evangelist - become a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external customers

01Experience leading and developing product management teams
023+ years in product management leadership role
035+ years of experience in SaaS product lifecycle and ability to develop short- and long-term product roadmap and plans based on client and market requirements
04Experience interacting with customers, development, and consulting teams, both local and remote
05Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with little direct supervision
06Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and formal presentation
07Technical skills to translate business requirements into terms that developers can understand
08Must be able to travel 25%
