Responsibilities

01Participate in projects at life sciences or biotech companies designing and deploying Quality systems
02Rapidly configure and implement the Veeva Quality suite (Veeva QMS, Veeva QualityDocs, Veeva Training, Station Manager, Validation Management, and LIMS)
03Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configure, and document content management and/or data solutions
04Project management including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, and project tracking and forecasting
05Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle
06Mentor project team and junior consultants
07Assist presales/sales teams in defining scope, cost, and estimations

01Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
02Deep experience of Quality processes in Life Sciences and the relevant compliance considerations and/or understanding of the principles of Content Management
03Experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems for life sciences as a consultant or IT representative
04Knowledge of Quality operations within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medtech industry, and/or equivalent
05Understanding of Computer Systems Validation
06Ability to translate technology to the business or end-users
07Ability to act with speed to understand business requirements and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to design and implement a solution
08Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
09Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences
10Ability to travel 10-30% within China
11Candidate must be based in Shanghai/Suzhou and have the legal right to work
