Responsibilities
- 01Help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI
- 02Reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value
- 03Own business process, change management, and/or program management workstreams of transformational programs spanning software, AI agent, and business process redesign
- 04Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
- 05Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
- 06Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
- 07Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation
Requirements
- 013+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- 02Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain
- 03A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- 04Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- 05Bachelor’s degree or higher
