Responsibilities
- 01Provide clinical care and support to individuals with complex health needs
- 02Build trust with individuals and their families
- 03Create safe environments for care
- 04Empower individuals to engage in activities, trips, and skill development at home and in the community
- 05Support in physiotherapy, aqua therapy, and assisted communication technology
- 06Assist with music therapy and art activities
- 07Facilitate access to social environments
- 08Work closely with private therapists using high-tech equipment
- 09Work 2:1 with a known Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support the client
- 10Adapt to rapidly changing situations in the care environment
Requirements
- 01Be a compassionate and resilient adult nurse with a genuine passion for individualised care
- 02Have a minimum of 6 months experience in UK complex care within the last 2 years
- 03Be skilled in Nasal Pharyngeal Suction
- 04Be skilled in the care and use of Gastrostomy
- 05Be skilled in Ventilation via Mask

- 02Shifts: Days (08:00-20:00) & Nights (20:00-08:00)
- 03Pay Rates (including holiday pay): Days: £35.20 per hour, Nights: £39.55 per hour, Weekends: £44.06 per hour
