Responsibilities
- 01Build cutting‑edge AI agents and AI‑powered applications for logistics operations
- 02Design and ship end‑to‑end AI agents handling customs compliance, document processing, exception management and related tasks
- 03Cross organizational boundaries to deeply understand problems, align stakeholders and deliver solutions without waiting for permission
- 04Move quickly from idea to production, treating each deployment as a learning opportunity
- 05Collaborate directly with operators, domain experts and leadership to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
Requirements
- 0110+ years of software engineering experience
- 02Extensive experience building with large language models (LLMs) in production or side projects
- 03Strong product instincts and ability to identify valuable features
- 04Fluency with LLM agent patterns, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, tool use and evaluation
- 05Full‑stack capability in TypeScript and Next.js, able to own a feature end‑to‑end
- 06Entrepreneurial drive, comfort with ambiguity and fast execution
- 07Excellent communication skills for cross‑team alignment
- 08Audacious appetite for impact on global trade
