Responsibilities
- 01Engage directly with customers as a trusted advisor and extract business requirements
- 02Develop forward‑looking guidance and future‑state roadmaps
- 03Leverage best practices to reduce risk in customer implementations
- 04Collaborate with Go‑to‑Market and product teams to align customers with Snowflake goals
- 05Oversee and advise on implementation of customers’ Snowflake platforms
- 06Demonstrate technical leadership through code, solution architectures and implementation recommendations
- 07Design, prototype and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions on Snowflake ensuring scalability and performance
- 08Provide standards and advice for AI/ML workloads and MLOps practices in Snowflake
- 09Drive adoption of Snowflake AI product suite such as Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowflake Intelligence
- 10Coach customers on leveraging Snowflake AI products to create business value
Requirements
- 01BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience
- 02Minimum 3 years of technical consulting experience
- 03Lead experience on analytics projects for large enterprises
- 04Experience implementing and operating Snowflake‑centric solutions
- 05Understanding of full data analytics stack from ETL to BI and analytics tools
- 06Deep knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, deployment and monitoring
- 07Familiarity with AI/ML and transformation technologies
- 08Hands‑on experience with modern MLOps tools and frameworks
- 09Proven experience developing generative AI and LLM use cases
- 10Experience with common BI and ETL solutions
- 11Hands‑on experience using SQL and Python (optionally Java or Spark) for data analytics solutions
- 12Extensive knowledge of large‑scale database technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum)
- 13Proficiency in implementing data security and access controls within Snowflake
- 14Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques
